Rugged Robotics is developing intelligent automation for the commercial construction industry, and improving productivity with practical solutions to real-world problems.

Rugged is currently building its team of robotics engineers. We are looking for high performing mechanical, electrical, and computer engineers with experience building and programming autonomous robotic solutions to real-world problems. A variety of positions, titles, and compensation packages are available based on your experience and qualifications. / Technical proficiency. Experience with fundamental robotics technologies; Relevant industry and/or project experience spanning the entire product life-cycle; Experience with hardware that includes sensors, embedded systems, wireless connectivity, power and drive systems. / Teaming. Experience leading, managing or working within a high performing engineering team, ideally focused on both HW/SW development. Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, developing, and contributing in a start-up environment. / Problem solving. A proven track record for solving complex problems; Ability to understand customer/market needs and identify opportunities for technological solutions. / Communication. Able to clearly communicate to all levels, from internal team members to external clients. Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills.
