The Center for Entrepreneurship Advancement (CEA) is the nexus of entrepreneurship at MD Anderson and the starting point for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to translate their ideas and research from the lab to the outside world. Supporting faculty, staff, and trainees, CEA seeks to catalyze entrepreneurship through world-class programs to build awareness, improve innovation, and increase connectivity to enable cutting-edge ideas and research the opportunity to impact the world.

Internship
The primary purpose of this Bio-Entrepreneurship Internship is to provide an immersion experience in bio-entrepreneurship focused on understanding the process during the discovery, evaluation, and translation of technology for commercialization. In addition, this position will assist and support the organization and administration of additional entrepreneurship-related curricular offerings, programs, and events being delivered by CEA. Along with scientific expertise and demonstrated entrepreneurial aspirations, this position requires professionalism, independent judgment, initiative, critical thinking skills, high level communication skills, multi-tasking skills and the ability to make decisions relative to the administrative and operational needs of assigned programs.
